The Wichita Mall is still in Kansas, but it is not an enclosed mall anymore. It is, on the other hand, an eclectic combination of exquisitely appointed meeting rooms and offices, a 51,000 square foot call-center operated by Starwood Hotel and Resorts, more than 51,000 square feet of office space occupied by Sedgwick County, a 32,000 square-foot digital arts school run by Bethany College, and a mix of retail tenants such as Big Lots and Ace Hardware. The Wichita Mall is increasingly becoming non-conventional, but very community-serving.

Some of our key tenants include: Starwood Hotels, Bethany College at Mindfire, St. Francis Community Services, Big Lot’s, Sedgwick County, Ace Hardware, and Sunflower Bank.
